Volunteer!

20 For 20 Volunteers- We will be accepting a limited number of previous volunteers to work 20 hrs of our sale. You may pick the hours that you wish to volunteer. We are not allowing food items to be a part of these hours. You will be allowed to shop at the pre-sale before the other volunteers and consignors!! The fall 2009 shopping time is Wednesday, October 1, at 1pm. You will receive 20% more on your items that sell (you get 80% for all your items that sell). Do not sign up for these hours online. Instead, please contact Kelly at kellyvera@bellsouth.net.

10 For 10 Volunteers- We will be accepting a limited number of previous volunteers to work 10 hrs of our sale. You may pick the other hours that you wish to volunteer. We are not allowing food items to be a part of these hours. You will be allowed to shop at the pre-sale before the other volunteers and consignors!! The fall 2009 shopping time is Wednesday, October 1, at 2 pm. You will receive 10% more on your items that sell (you get 70% for all your items that sell). Do not sign up for these hours online. Instead, please contact Kelly at kellyvera@bellsouth.net

6 hr volunteers- We will be accepting volunteers to work 6 hours. You are also welcome to sign up to bring snack items or a meal. Since these slots tend to go fast you will want to sign up for these early. You will be allowed to shop at the at the pre-sale before the consignors shop and will receive 65% for all your sold items. 3 hr volunteers- We will be accepting volunteers to work 3 hours. This time may be any time that works best with your schedule. You are also welcome to sign up to bring snack items or a meal. Since these slots tend to go fast you will want to sign up for these early. You will be allowed to shop at the pre-sale before the consignors shop. You can sign up HERE. Think you are unable to help during the sale? We offer many different ways that you can volunteer during the sale. We are always open to new ideas and any way that you can help us we would love to work with you!

Some of the non-traditional ideas for volunteering are:

Volunteer your husband to come help set-up or take-down the sale; or have him come and help the consignors on pre-sale night load items into their cars.

If you have special connections with advertisement or know someone who could work some great deals in providing signs, a copier, or radio, television work.

Provide snacks from the list. (Must be the large size like what you can find at Sam's Club.) It is very difficult for us to leave during the sale for food/drink.

If you have any questions regarding the working schedule or want to volunteer for something else, we will be happy to try to accommodate you.
